Sarah is extremely passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while living a balanced lifestyle. Sarah has experience working with a variety of individuals and specializes in fat loss, injury prevention, hypertrophy, functional exercise, senior fitness, special needs, post- pregnancy, and nutrition. Sarah has an extensive background in Exercise Science thanks to the program at Kennesaw State University, her 8+ years of coaching experience, and her certifications;

​She has studied under a well-respected holistic physician where she gained knowledge on the positive effects of diet and exercise on various disorders and diseases. She has overcome several health issues herself and believes changing her lifestyle was one of the biggest contributors to her recovery and improving her overall health. Sarah’s drive for showing others that exercise is truly one of the best sources of medicine, lead her to opening Empower Health & Fitness. Her goal is to help facilitate a positive life changing impact for her clients, friends, family, and as many people as she can reach.
Michael is a certified personal trainer with seven years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals. With a background in training people of all ages, from 12 to 93, Michael has the skills and expertise to design custom workout plans tailored to your unique needs.
Michael earned a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Mississippi State University, where he gained a deep understanding of how the body responds to exercise and how to optimize workouts for maximum results. In addition to his formal education, Michael has also earned several certifications, including:

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS): This certification demonstrates Michael's expertise in developing strength and conditioning programs that improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 (TPI): Michael is equipped with the knowledge and tools to help golfers improve their swing and overall game.

Functional Range Conditioning(FRC): This certification focuses on improving joint health and mobility through specialized exercises.

USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW): Michael is trained in the fundamentals of weightlifting and Olympic lifting.
